Jeff is an Ohio trial and appellate lawyer with over 25 years of courtroom experience. Throughout his legal career, he has represented individuals, business, and public entities in complex civil and appellate matters, developing a reputation for careful legal analysis, clear writing and respect for the rule of law.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Jeff has extensive experience in public service. He was elected three times to Parma City Council and served two terms as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, where he served on the Criminal Justice and Civil Justice Committees and helped shape laws affecting courts and litigants across the state. That experience gives him a deep understanding of how laws are made, interpreted, and applied—and how judicial decisions impact real people.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Mount Union, the University of Akron and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. Jeff resides in Parma and is happily married to his wife, Pam, a proud public school teacher.
